Our story
Family-owned, and painting Clayton since 2005.
Mario's Painting NC started as a small local operation, founded by Mario — a skilled tradesman with years of experience in both interior and exterior painting. It began right here in Clayton and has grown, on word of mouth, into one of the most recommended local painters in Johnston and Wake Counties.
The jobs range from a single room refresh to a full exterior repaint, cabinet refinishing, a deck restoration, or the light carpentry and drywall repairs that come first. Whatever it is, the approach is the same: we protect your home, prep it properly, use low-VOC, high-quality paints, and walk the finished job with you before we call it done. We take care of your house the way we'd take care of our own.
Every job is fully insured. We keep the operation family-run and hands-on on purpose — it's why homeowners tell the same story again and again: honest pricing, a crew that shows up on time and cleans up each day, and work that's beautiful and impeccable. In 2023, Clayton-area neighbors voted us a Nextdoor Neighborhood Fave.
